Complaint intake
A documented intake procedure records every product complaint with date, lot and disposition. Records are available to account holders on request.
SP-02
Adverse event handling
A documented procedure governs the receipt, assessment and escalation of adverse event reports. The procedure is reviewed annually and records are retained.

Recall readiness
A written recall plan is maintained and identifies the responsible person, notification sequence and disposition of affected stock. Account holders may inspect it on request.

Lot traceability
Each lot is traced from manufacturer to fulfilment to shipment. Lot records for any shipment are furnished to the account holder on request.
Attainment reporting
QuarterlyEvery active account receives a quarterly scorecard. It is measured against that customer's own routing guide standards, not against a standard of our choosing.
Every shipment in the period is counted. None is excluded for cause.
We issue the scorecard unedited, including in quarters where a standard is missed.
